Puget Sound is one of my favorite fisheries. There’s nothing quite like transforming the chilly, damp days of Seattle’s winter months into intentional, peaceful outings on the Sound.

Between 2019 and 2023, I put endless days and hours into chasing Sea-Run Cutthroat. I mapped out Puget Sound’s beaches and learned the way that tides breathe life into this often-confusing fishery. It turns out that when you know what you are looking for, chasing Sea Runs becomes a lot more exciting.

I’ve selected the best tide weeks between December and February, and would be honored to take a limited number of folks out to enjoy this remarkable fishery and teach them how to unlock their own success out there.
